The result of this research shows that the government communication among East Nusa Tenggara regional government officials regarding the tourism development experiences various problem. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. base used is organizational communication theory with the approach of Karl Weick organizational and network theory. Therefore the objective of this research is to explore the government communication that occurs among regional government officials in NTT provincial government regarding the tourism development. One problem that is still a challenge in creating synergy among regional government officials regarding the tourism development in East Nusa Tenggara Province is government communication. Validation from industry-academia is needed to highlight this study's contribution to the Malaysian construction project. In a nutshell, the provision in TCCM has almost exceeded all other relevant technical competency documents, except for document from Organisation B (Project Manager). ![]() Throughout the analysis, the manifested frequency of words coded was recorded, and comprehensive results were gathered and visualised through appropriate tables and figures. A qualitative method of content analysis was conducted towards counterpart competency documents by using NVivo V.8 software. In this paper, the research investigates the corroborative level of TCCM towards relatively similar competency provision by several. Therefore, the authors embarked on a pragmatic research approach to establish the aforementioned competency for various benefits. Technical competency of the Construction Manager (TCCM) is paramount for the accomplishment of the Malaysian construction project. Thus, concerted efforts are needed through organisational synergy and by revisiting current development strategies. In conclusion, common building crack has its suggestion for improvement, and the frequency of defects recorded for each government health clinic is likewise alarming. Meanwhile, it is observed that the frequency of defects (including cracks) is higher in Negeri Sembilan when compared to that in Johor. The results show that there are several types of common cracks and their improvements. The processes were assisted by a Multi-Layered Thematic Analysis (MLTA) and Atlas.ti software. Further, to achieve the stated objectives, qualitative methods were employed throughout. The study uses unpublished UTHM consultancy reports as the primary source of data. The objectives are to identify common types of cracks and suggestions for their rectifications, and finally, to analyse the frequency of cracks in selected buildings. Therefore, a case study focusing on the government health clinics in Johor and Negeri Sembilan is conducted. Nevertheless, this issue needs to be systematically apprehended concerning the government buildings since it involves public safety. This is a worldwide occurrence that happens regularly, in the form of structural or non-structural crack. A building may be damaged as a result of cracks. ![]()
